    STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO WHIP

    Drink Description:
    Pistachio-inspired with a flavour under the sun that everyone loves bringing a familiar yet eye-catching colour combination. The thickened pistachio whip elevates the mouthfeel to the next level bringing a combination of refreshment and indulgence.

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    Strawberry Fruit Mix 3 pumps (45ml)
    Texturizing Base 3 pumps (45ml)
    Cooler Base Powder 20g

    Other Ingredients:

    Fresh Milk 120ml
    Ice 230g
    Pistachio Grounds Garnish
    Espresso Double

    Method:

    • EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
    • Add Strawberry Fruit Mix, Texturizing Base, fresh milk and ice into the blender
    • Blend on high speed till smooth
    • Drizzle Strawberry Fruit Mix in the cup
    • Spread Pistachio Whip inside the cup
    • Pour blended mix into cup
    • Garnish and serve
