White Mocha Chai
Drink Description:
Rich and indulgent, the White Mocha Chai Latte is a creamy blend of white chocolate, spicy chai, and milk topped with sweetened whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The combination of white chocolate with this comforting chai latte gives a wonderful twist of a sweet, buttery and mellow flavour.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Spiced Chai Syrup | 15ml |
| White Chocolate Sauce | 15ml |
Other Ingredients:
| Full Cream Milk | 250ml |
| Cinnamon powder | |
| Whipped Cream | |
| Star anise |
Method:
- Add DaVinci Gourmet ingredients into glass
- Steam to 65°C
- Pour steamed milk into glass
- Garnish and serve
