    Butterscotch is always welcome when there’s an element of sweet and salty and this is the perfect application to showcase that relationship.

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    Butterscotch Syrup 3 pump (30ml)
    Frappease Powder 3/4 scoop (30g)

    Other Ingredients:

    Espresso 2 Shots
    Fresh Milk 130ml
    Ice 250g
    Fine Salt 2g
    Whipped Cream Garnish
    EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS
    16oz cup / Ice Blender / Espresso Machine

    Method:

    • Blend Butterscotch Syrup, Frappease Powder, Fine salt, milk, and ice in a blender jar
    • Add Espresso to the cup
    • Pour blended mix into the cup
    • Garnish with whipped cream and serve
